In April 2024, Tony Lo Coco was elected as the new president of Association, owner of the restaurant I Pupi in Bagheria. Takes over from Pino Cuttaia of La Madia in Licata, who has led the Association for the past seven years.

Reconfirmed in the nine-member board are Marco Baglieri of the Crocifisso restaurant, Accursio Craparo of the restaurant of the same name in Modica, Giovanni Guarneri of the Don Camillo restaurant, Giuseppe La Rosa of La Locanda di Don Serafino, Carla Maugeri of the Zash restaurant and Luciano Pennisi of the Shalai restaurant. Two new members were elected: Salvatore Campisi and Francesca Planeta.
Pino Cuttaia, past president, and Nino Graziano, honorary president, will support the work of the board.
