Chef Craparo, born in 1976, is originally from Sciacca, in the province of Agrigento. After gaining many professional experiences outside Sicily, he met Modica in 2003 and opened the first restaurant La Gazza Ladra, which won a Michelin Star.
In 2014, Chef Craparo and his wife Oriana found their place of the heart in Accursio Ristorante, which won a Michelin Star.
In 2019, they started Radici, the place to celebrate the dishes of popular Sicilian food culture.
