Pietradolce is a story of passion and deep rooted ties to the land. It is the story of the Faro Family and of a company wich is completely as one with its “terroir”: Mount Etna. The identity as a company and the preferred way of operating make a natural choice to put quality before quantity and to prefer only the native grapes.
Pietradolce is also proud to preserve and show its guests works of art and installations by international artists as a further tool to tell and enhance the Etna territory.

The visits (customizable on request) include a walk in the vineyard, accompanying our guests to discover the pre-phylloxera vineyards and the typical terraces surrounded by lava flows.
We continue with a visit to the cellar and the different production phases and then conclude the tour in the Caveau where we jealously guard all the labels of our wines from pre-phylloxera vineyards that tell the story of Pietradolce, from its foundation to today.
